Reservations: Customers can reserve items through the website. They will then be contacted to confirm the items are in stock and to complete payment. Without payment reservations will only be held for one day and then be placed back on sale in the sales area.
Payment: All items reserved online are paid for by BACs transfer or by card over the phone.
