Evergreen relation to the Solomon’s seal with green stems up to 40cm and large alternate leathery leaves. Cream and brown pendant scented flowers appear in June followed by succulent purple berries which can persist through to spring. Humusy soil and shade to semi shade conditions. A variety that we acquired from a French nursery with a few other rare varieties.
