A rare fuchsia from New Zealand, one of only three endemic to those isles, which in the wild grows prostrate over rocks rooting in crevices. The small flowers have yellow tubular sepals with green tips and stamens of red and blue. Large fruits. Grow in a well drained spot height low Spread, yes!
